The long and short of it goes like this: Because we don’t have any physical products for sale on our website, returns are obviously impossible.
And since we charge clients for services, once those services have been rendered, we can’t really offer refunds, either.
Cancellations for service bookings like voiceover sessions, copywriting consultations and similar offerings are subject to the cancellation policies specified at the time of purchase.
